• Not Medical Advice: The Service, including all text, graphics, reminders, calculators, and informational features, is provided for informational and administrative purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Using Pak Pregno Care does not establish a doctor-patient relationship between you and Pak Pregno Care or its developers. Always consult a qualified physician, dentist, or healthcare provider for specific clinical decisions.
• Medical Emergencies: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES. If you or a patient are experiencing a medical emergency, immediately call your local emergency services or visit the nearest healthcare facility.

3. Account Roles & Usage Responsibilities

A. Patient & Individual Users

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when setting up your profile or tracking health milestones. You acknowledge that tracking features (such as appointment reminders or gestational milestones) rely on the accuracy of the dates and data you enter.

B. Clinics & Healthcare Providers

• Patient Consent: If you are a clinic or healthcare provider entering patient data into Pak Pregno Care, you warrant that you have obtained all necessary consent and legal authorizations from the patient to store and manage their information on our platform.
• Clinical Discretion: Healthcare professionals remain solely responsible for the clinical care, diagnoses, and treatment plans delivered to their patients. Pak Pregno Care is an administrative and record-keeping tool, not a diagnostic medical device.

4. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable health, privacy, or safety laws.
• To upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of the Service.
• To reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or duplicate any portion of the software, interface, or codebase.
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, user accounts, or connected databases.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Fees

• In-App Purchases & Subscriptions: Certain features or premium tiers may require payment. Billing and payment processing for in-app features are handled via official app stores (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
• Refunds: All payments and refund requests are subject to the policies of the respective app store from which the purchase was made.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including its design, branding, logo, software code, source files, visual interfaces, and content (excluding user-submitted clinical records), is the exclusive property of Pak Pregno Care and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the app for its intended purpose.

• Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pak Pregno Care, its directors, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use—or inability to use—the Service, including data loss, missed medical appointments, or reliance on information provided within the app.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Pak Pregno Care is registered.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect via app notification or email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
